About the role:
This position undertakes effective and efficient day-to-day operation of the referral centre, which will include providing a customer focussed service, liaison with health care professionals, referral management, data entry and being a team player.
Requirements:
- Office administration background, preferably clinically/medically focused;
- Demonstrable data entry or computer knowledge;
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills;
- Ability to efficiently manage time & workloads;
- A strong commitment to providing a customer focussed service.
Where you’ll be working: Referral Coordination Centre, Waikato Hospital, Hamilton
The details: Permanent, Full time.
The Referral Coordination Centre provides a service of a centralised referral team, which offers a single point of entry, for all referrers, providers and efficient management of these referrals.
